It has a full kitchen in the main house and a beautifully equipped kitchenette in the Casita. There are two 50″ Smart TV’s (one in the Casita and one in the main Livingroom) and a 42″ Smart TV in the main house master. The Wifi is the strongest offered in the Lake Havasu City area and it is bolstered by a powerful mesh system that provides excellent connectivity inside and outside the property. Home includes a laundry room with full-size washer & dryer and wash basin.
The exterior/yard is also impressive and ready for You, Your Toys, Family, Friends and Play! The backyard experience is highlighted by a full-size in ground pool w/solar heating. It is surrounded by a concrete deck and two patios/conversation/dining areas to North and artificial grass to the East, South and West where you can layout and grab some vitamin D on one of the 5 lounge chairs, play games (cornhole set provided for your use on property) or gather around the chiminea for a fire, tell stories and share your day’s adventures.
You don’t have to leave the house for an enjoyable getaway; however, if the Lake, Desert or Strolling down Main Street (McCullough) is your calling, this property is the perfect jumping off point. There is a Circle drive connected to a 85’ long 30’ wide (20+’ concrete & 10+’ gravel) driveway that is straight and flat; so, you never have to “back out” on to the public street. The rental also includes use of the slightly oversized garage (21’x25.5’x7’). Plenty of room for multiple cars, boats, PWC’s, Motorcycle, side-by-Sides or RV’s. The house is less than 5 miles from 3 different boat launches (Site Six (free), Havasu Marina and Windsor). The Desert is all around and Main Street is a long block away.
