Awesome 1988 jimmy. Everything new in 2020 while rebuilding. Incredible paint, near flawless. Truck was taken to bare metal and professionally painted over 18 months. Top was sanded smooth and looks like steel. Top hasn’t been removed since reinstalled. No leaks. I’m including pic of chip in paint at rear of driver door on the body. Door was shut hard before the weatherstripping was installed. Red velvet Pearl is the maroon color. Black has very subtle metallic in it. Silver stripe is painted, not pinstripe or sticker. Truly beautiful paint. All parts underneath were removed, disassembled and powder coated gloss black. 350 small block roller engine, 375 horse power. Has Holley sniper fuel injection, billet specialties serpentine kit, spal electric fans, ac blows ice cold, heat works. 700R4 trans was new with engine and shifts perfectly. 456 gears in differentials. Rear has a Yukon posi installed. 4×4 works as well. All parts in doors and rear tailgate were replaced including motors and lock actuators. Electric rear window works great. New interior panels were reupholstered and look great. Has dynomat and thin insulation under new carpet. Very quiet down the road. Killer stereo. Kicker 800 watt amp for the subs and fosgate 400 watt to run 4 component speakers and 2 dash speakers. Amp steps make getting in and out super easy. 6” rough country lift and 37” Toyo tires on 20” hostile wheels. Super loud HORNBLASTERS train horns with 150 psi compressor. Super fun to scare people.
